They’re designed with plants-first and casual-elegant flavors in mind. I often think about how a dish might look toward the end, so I like to include a lot of fresh herbs and garnishes. These are almost always optional because I believe that recipes should be rather flexible. As a home cook myself, I know that we don’t always have fresh cilantro available, and sometimes dry or frozen will have to do.
Embrace the imperfection.
Labels aren’t something I believe in or subscribe to. I eat a variety of foods, I most identify with the term “plant-based”, and my recipes will reflect my style of eating.
Everyone is welcome here. We could all use more plants in our life.
