Easy Vegan Tzatziki
This is probably the easiest vegan Tzatziki you'll find on the internet. Oh, and it tastes just like the real thing--zero skimping on authenticity!
Servings 6 people
- 1/2 cup vegan mayo
- 1/2 cup plant-based yogurt unsweetned
- 1/2 cucumber peeled and finely diced
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp fresh minced dill packed
- 1 lemon juiced
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl, stir, and cover. Let rest in the fridge for about an hour before serving with pitas, falafel wraps, or as a dressing.
